Is there an alternative fuel to heating oil or diesel?

We are currently testing a CO₂-neutral fuel from the company CARE. We are currently testing a wide variety of fuels and will soon have an alternative in our programme.

What should I do if my machine is faulty?

Service is our top priority. You can either contact your dealer or us directly via the customer portal or standard contact media. We promise the quickest and easiest possible troubleshooting.

How do I get the right spare parts?

On the one hand, we offer a spare parts kit and video instructions for installation. We will also be happy to advise you personally or you can find out more in the customer portal on our homepage.

Where does the development and production of KECKEX GmbH devices and accessories take place?

Prototype construction takes place from the idea to the EIA at our company headquarters in Vorarlberg, with orders placed with neighbouring companies. All components used are sourced from European companies.

Do I have a warranty/guarantee on the machine I have purchased?

The statutory warranty, with the exception of wearing parts, can be extended annually if service plans are carried out and adhered to.

Do I have to carry out an annual service?

We recommend an annual service to extend the warranty and to ensure that the machine is in good working order.

How should I store the machine in winter?

Frost-free or winterised with antifreeze.

Is it possible to test a machine?

After a discussion with our sales team, demonstrations can be arranged and test machines reserved.
