2. Collection and Processing of Personal Data
When you visit our website, technical information is automatically collected and transmitted by your browser to our server. This data is processed exclusively on our own server:
- IP address (anonymized)
- Date and time of the request
- Browser type and version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL (previously visited page)
This data is used to ensure a smooth connection to the website and to evaluate system security. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest).
3. Contact Form
If you send us an inquiry via the contact form, your details (first name, last name, email, phone, company, message) will be stored by us for the purpose of processing your inquiry.
The processing is carried out on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR), which you give by activating the checkbox in the form. If you have agreed in the cookie banner, we will also transmit your email address and phone number as a verification value to Google when you submit the form (see Section 4). Beyond this, these data will not be passed on to third parties.
4. Google Ads
4.1 Only with your consent
On this website, we use Google Ads, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
Google Ads is only loaded if you have explicitly agreed in the cookie banner. Without your consent, no tracking whatsoever takes place.
4.2 Google Ads Conversion Tracking
After your consent, we measure whether a visit came from one of our Google ads and whether it led to an inquiry. The following cookies are set:
_gcl_au, _gcl_aw — Google Ads conversion/click cookies
The collected data is transmitted to Google and may be transferred to countries outside the EU/EEA (especially the USA). Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Enhanced Conversions: If you submit an inquiry, we also transmit your email address and phone number as a verification value (SHA-256 hash, not in plain text) to Google. Google matches this value with logged-in Google accounts to attribute the inquiry to an advertisement.
Other events: With your consent, we also report to Google Ads when you click a phone number or email address on this website, start filling in the contact form, download a data sheet or follow a link to another website. Only the fact that the event took place is transmitted — not what you entered or which file you downloaded.
4.3 Data Transfer to Third Parties
By using these Google services, personal data (e.g., IP address, user behavior) is transferred to Google Ireland Limited or Google LLC (USA). Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. This is done exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR), which you give via the cookie banner.
4.4 Revocation of Your Consent
You can revoke your consent at any time via "Cookie Settings" in the footer of every page. From then on, the page will no longer report anything to Google, and the Google cookies will be deleted.
5. Internal Web Analytics
Additionally, we collect anonymized usage statistics (page views, origin of visitors) exclusively on our own server. Thereby, no data is transmitted to third parties and no cookies are set.
This analysis serves to improve our online offering and is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).
6. Hosting
All our own resources (fonts, CSS, JavaScript) are provided by our own server. No external CDNs are used, so no data is transferred to third parties merely by visiting the page.
