With the entry of the Swiss family-owned company Müller Gleisbau AG (49%) into the company KECKEX GmbH (51%), new paths are to be taken in the future. Due to the glyphosate ban and with the know-how of the KECKEX method, a future-oriented expertise in the field of chemical-free weed treatment for railway tracks will be developed and advanced as a joint vision. The acquisition was signed on 18 November 2021.
